Terms and conditions


Terms and Conditions for competitions on www.world-kids-colouring-day.com.au
1. Information on Registration, Donations and Paticipate pages within this website form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry into promotion deems acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents who register on www.world-kids-colouring-day.com.au during the promotional period.
4. The Promoter's Employees and their immediate families, its agencies associated with this promotion, and associated prize partner companies are ineligible to enter/win.
5. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. The promotions are a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
6. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. If any prizes are unavailable, a prize of similar value will be substituted at the Promoter's sole discretion. 
8. "The highest donation" prize value = AUD $500 RRP. All donations totalling more than AUD $500 will also receive prizing valued at AUD $100 RRP. "The most creative activity" prize value = AUD $500RRP.
9. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.
10. Winners will be notified by email or phone before June 25, 2010
11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
12. If for any reason, the competition is unable to operate as planned, including infection by computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition, then the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this competition.
13. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for: tampering with the entry process or the web site; acting in violation of these terms and conditions; acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
14. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury by any person in connection with the Promotion.

STAEDTLER uses the personal information collected on this website to register individuals, schools or organisations to participate in World Kids Colouring Day.

STAEDTLER stores personal information in a combination of secure computer database and paper-based files. The database and any hard copies of personal information kept by STAEDTLER will be secure and accessible only by authorized personnel.
STAEDTLER is committed to keeping your personal information secure and will take all reasonable precautions to protect your personally identifiable information from loss, misuse or alteration.
Additionally STAEDTLER takes reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information when we no longer need it. Wherever practicable we will provide you the option of interacting with us anonymously.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
As the privacy of our customers is of utmost importance to STAEDTLER , we will not sell, rent or trade your personal information without consent.
However, to ensure a high level of service, we may disclose information to outside contractors to carry out specialized activities on our behalf, e.g. mailing houses. STAEDTLER may also use the information collected to occasionally notify you of any future products, services or promotions. If you would rather not receive this information from us, please email us at contact@world-kids-colouring-day.com.au.

STAEDTLER may also provide Save The Children with your contact details for the purpose of following up on any outstanding donations.

- It would reveal evaluative information generated by STAEDTLER in connection with a commercially sensitive decision making process.
STAEDTLER will provide you with reasons if it declines your request for access to your personal information.
STAEDTLER undertakes to promptly acknowledge and investigate any complaint about the way we manage personal information.
